In addition, the whole set of screw teeth are done by CNC extrusion teeth process, making the screw teeth smooth and easy to assemble and disassemble. The screw head is also processed by CNC sinking, making the bottom of the hole flat and the locking performance better. The plate thickness tolerance is +0-0.1mm, and the imported equipment used to process these mold bases, such as MAZAK, OKUMA, MORI SEIKI, and MAKINO, offer accurate repeated positioning and precision hole and frame tolerance of 0.01mm with good finish.
