With regard to quality, DXM has adopted honing true round guide sleeve, which can effectively increase the number of opening and closing molds by 20% and prevent guide post from being pulled, thus improving the service life of the mold. The material used is 50C hardness HB=160-180, which has higher hardness, lower deformation rate, better finish and rust resistance than ordinary steel (hardness 140-170). The whole set of screw teeth are processed by CNC extrusion teeth, making them smooth and easy to assemble and disassemble. The screw head is processed by CNC sinking, making the bottom of the hole flat and improving its locking performance. The square iron screw hole is processed by CNC for better verticality. The plate thickness tolerance is +0-0.1mm, and DXM prepares pre-customizable accessories to shorten the mold production time. In terms of equipment, DXM uses imported equipment such as MAZAK, OKUMA, MORI SEIKI and MAKINO, which have accurate repeated positioning and precision hole and frame tolerance of 0.01mm, as well as good finish. High-end imported cutting tools (Swiss Sandvik and Japanese BIG) are used to improve the straightness and precision of holes and frames, and the accuracy and finish of the entire processing of the mould base.

Quotation-wise, DXM’s quotation includes 13% value-added tax, while the product quotation does not include freight. The freight will be calculated separately before the order is confirmed.
